Pet Policy

Artwood welcomes your pets to our community and considers them an extension of your household.  Cats and Dogs joining you during your residency at Artwood require a pet fee equivalent to $400.00 per pet and a monthly "Pet" rent of $25.00 per pet.  For a list of restricted breeds, please contact the leasing office.  Additional information not limited to veterinarian records may be required of individual pets.
